Questions

Nothing is deleted and everyone keeps working. Only adding new records of that kind (for example new students) is paused until the package is upgraded.

Everything keeps working for a grace period of 7 days while administrators see renewal reminders. After that the portal becomes read-only, never deleted, until the subscription is renewed.

Yes. Every institution has its own database and file storage, its own administrator and its own sign-in link.

Yes. Your institution name and logo appear on the portal and in its e-mails. Packages with the institution e-mail server option can send through your own SMTP server.
